Affiliate Psychology Counsellor

• Cities / States we are hiring for - Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Chennai, Hosur, Thiruvallur.
• The role is requirement based.
• Sessions to be taken - In person (Preferable to have an own clinic / counselling place in a commercial complex or poly clinic)
• Should be well versed to take sessions in English and Hindi and also if in any other local/native language.
• The counsellor's profile will be visible on the online portal where clients will browse through the same and select the available slots whichever is posted by the counsellor.

• Completion of data and updating on the internal system within 24 hours of taking a session or before completion of duty hours.
• Late Cancellation Fee for sessions are applicable 5 hours from the time a counseling session is scheduled (For example: If the counseling session is scheduled for 7:00PM, late cancellation will be in effect if the session is cancelled after 2:00 PM the same day).
• Confirmation email/ Reminder email needs to be sent 24 to 48 hours prior to the counseling session. Please include in the email to acknowledge/reply to it so that the counselor knows if it's confirmed or stands cancelled. If the client does not respond, the session stands cancelled as well as will not qualify for a late cancellation fee.
• Follow-up sessions to be scheduled after 8 to 10 days from the first session date (Risk cases/emergency cases are exceptional and need to be discussed with the Clinical Case Manager before moving forward).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with all Mobile Phone & Computer Apps (WhatsApp, MS Office, Webex, MS Team,
• Google & Zoom platforms).
• Excellent organizing skills and English communication skills (spoken, written and verbal).
• Excellent telephone/online manner.
• Willing to learn, takes initiative & should be self-motivated.

Minimum Qualification and experience required

• Masters in Counselling / Clinical Psychology
• Relevant experience of minimum 3 + years
