• this role is preferred to sit in our HQ in Needham, MA but we'll consider remote for the right candidate

We are seeking a Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinja's presence on Sharkclean and Ninjakitchen. You'll work closely with the Affiliate Manager and broader marketing team to recruit new partners, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition through affiliate channels. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, analytical, and excited about working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and execution of the company's affiliate marketing program across various platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, content creators, and affiliate networks.
• Maintain and monitor affiliate platforms to track performance, generate reports, and ensure accurate payouts.
• Support the development and launch of campaigns, promotions, and product pushes with affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, AOV, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate content and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, PR) to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping), and competitive benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, digital media, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns.
• Comfortable working with creators, partners, and vendors in a relationship-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
• Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
