What you’ll be doing
- Support the creation and execution of our global affiliate marketing strategy to drive YoY growth
- Set up, optimise, and audit affiliate campaigns and partnerships across multiple regions
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, providing all necessary assets and support
- Manage affiliate collaborations, insertion orders, and publisher relationships
- Prepare regular performance reports (MoM, QoQ, YoY) and support invoicing processes
- Manage campaign assets, briefs, offer codes, and creative execution
- Collaborate with publishers to design and execute effective, on-brand campaigns
- Monitor campaign set-up for technical issues and resolve where necessary
- Identify and act on fraud alerts via detection systems
- Contribute to department reporting and general team support as required
What you’ll bring to the team, Skills and Experience
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Affiliate Platforms)
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs
- Experience working with CPA models
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (a plus!)
