We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale Squarespace’s global affiliate program across our multiple product lines, including Websites, Acuity, and Domains. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, data-driven affiliate marketer who brings a results focused mindset, is a strong negotiator, and has deep expertise in affiliate marketing and partner management. This person is equally comfortable building programs from the ground up and maintaining and scaling large, established programs.

You'll work hybrid 2-3 days a week from our NYC headquarters and report to the Director, Media. 

You'll Get To...
  • Own and scale Squarespace’s affiliate strategy globally focusing on efficient growth, performance, and alignment with broader acquisition goals.
  • Lead the launch of new affiliate programs—from strategy and partner recruitment to testing, optimization, and scaling.
  • Lead day-to-day management of the affiliate program, including forecasting, budgeting, publisher recruitment, partner negotiations, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top affiliate partners—from major media publishers to niche content creators—ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Partner with our affiliate agency to execute strategic initiatives, launch new campaigns, and optimize existing programs for performance and incremental lift.
  • Manage and coach an Affiliate junior strategist to support campaign execution, reporting, and partner communication.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Creative to integrate messaging and offers into content programs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contract negotiations, commission structures, and compliance. 
  • Integrated closely with our Applied Data & Insights team to accurately measure the incrementality of affiliate marketing, execute well measured tests, incorporate media mix modeling attribution and leverage data to accelerate growth and improve efficiency. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitive strategies to continuously evolve the program.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 6–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong experience negotiating and managing relationships with publishers, media partners, and networks.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data, answering questions with clarity, and making data-backed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in affiliate platforms (e.g: Impact) and data visualization tools (e.g: Looker).
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. 

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
