JOB MISSION: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate intern to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will assist in running and optimizing our affiliate and influencer marketing program across the EMEA region. You’ll play a key role in growing partnerships, driving traffic, and increasing sales through strategic collaboration with affiliate partners.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to develop their skills in affiliate marketing and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative brand.  

  

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Support the affiliate team in pulling insights for weekly discussions on competitor pricing, product demand and creative performance. 

  • Responsible for running the seedling of products for our partners. 

  • Discovery of potential affiliate marketing partners to add to our current programs. 

  • Routinely checking industry news for brand and competitor coverage and providing actionable insights for performance marketing. 

  • Reviewing and supplying feedback on competitor campaigns. 

  • Attend cross-functional meetings (approximately 3 per week) to help in coordinating campaign requirements and progress. 

  • Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to align on campaign plans and status. 

  • Thoroughly review campaign checklists and complete all pre-launch and post-launch verification steps. 

  • Support other ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed. 

  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and files for reference and future planning. 

  • Explore existing on-site dashboards to provide valuable observations to the weekly reporting. 

  • Absorb as much knowledge as possible in eCommerce and digital marketing and apply it on the spot. 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 

  • Excellent analytical skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. 

  • A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. 

  • Extensive knowledge of, and excitement for, sneaker/fashion/youth culture and a dedicated brand protector.
