Silver Bell Group is looking for a hands-on and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop and expand our affiliate program in the sport e-commerce niche. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of affiliate networks, media buying, and performance marketing, combined with analytical skills to track and optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow the affiliate marketing program for our e-commerce business.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure alignment with brand goals and promotions.
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs and industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Plan and execute media buying campaigns across relevant channels.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate and media buying performance to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance models (CPL, CPA, CPS).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and reporting tools.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of English language.
- Passion for sports is a plus.
