Role Summary:

Affiliate & Influencer Manager (SG). Build a community-driven B2B growth engine via creators, affiliates, and Reddit ecosystems. You'll lead global acquisition initiatives and turn forum insights into product strategy. Requires 5+ years' experience in community/growth marketing and Fintech/SaaS fluency.

Role: 

  • Build and execute community-led growth and acquisition initiatives across global markets, utilising affiliate and influencer partnerships as key supporting channels.
  • Identify, engage, and activate relevant online communities—including Reddit, niche forums, and creator ecosystems—to drive demand generation.
  • Design and execute authentic engagement strategies that respect community norms and avoid overly promotional, traditional advertising approaches.
  • Monitor Reddit and community conversations to surface customer pain points, competitor insights, product feedback loops, and emerging demand signals.
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with creators, affiliates, agencies, and community stakeholders to grow revenue-share programmes and organic advocacy loops.
  • Partner with internal marketing and product teams to translate community insights into refined messaging, localised content, and product improvements.
  • Experiment with new community-led growth models, such as build-in-public initiatives, creator partnerships, and unique referral strategies.
  • Track and report performance metrics across all community-driven channels, including traffic, conversions, sentiment, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) impact.
  • Ensure all partnership, influencer, and community activities remain fully compliant with brand, legal, and platform guidelines.

You:

  • 5+ years of experience in community marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related role with a proven track record in acquisition.
  • A Reddit native who has a deep understanding of subreddit culture, online communities, and how to build trust without being salesy or spammy.
  • Experience working directly with creators, affiliates, or partnership-based growth channels to move users through a marketing funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using performance metrics, tracking links, and attribution models to prove business impact.
  • A natural storyteller who can write in a community's authentic voice while balancing professionalism and brand identity.
  • Independent and entrepreneurial—able to run point on new, unstructured channels while providing clear feedback to the broader marketing team to optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate projects across diverse regions and teams.
  • Prior experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B marketing, or familiarity with community analytics and social-listening tools is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.

Contract type: 6 months fixed term contract
