How do we work?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Executive to expand the OANDA Partners program in Emerging Markets. This role combines sales, marketing, and partner management, with a focus on growing our affiliate network and fostering a strong trading community in the region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a data-driven approach, and a passion for affiliate marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute a comprehensive partners marketing strategy specifically for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the ASEAN market.

  • Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners across various channels, including online communities, social media, and industry events.

  • Negotiate attractive commission structures and partnership agreements.

  • Onboard and activate new affiliates, providing comprehensive training and support.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Leverage performance data to identify key growth opportunities, and collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that optimize their performance and drive business growth.

  • Provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and resolve challenges promptly.

  • Organize regular communication and engagement activities to foster a sense of community among affiliates.

  • Potential opportunities to travel and support overseas client events, representing OANDA and engaging with affiliate partners.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continually enhance program performance.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends within the Asian trading community.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximise program effectiveness.

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and email templates for affiliate communication in Traditional/ Simplified Chinese, Cantonese and English

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years in a sales, marketing, or partnership role, preferably within Prop trading, CFD trading, fintech, or the financial industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese is advantageous), with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, AI, and data analytics software.

  • Existing network of contacts within the Asia trading community is a plus.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.

  • Organised & Proactive: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Industry Passion: Genuine interest in financial markets and trading
