We are looking for a proactive and creative Affiliate & Agency Support Coordinator to join our team, managing the affiliate program, coordinating influencer campaigns, and contributing to content and event ideas across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to partner agencies, helping solve issues and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Manage the affiliate program: onboarding partners, tracking performance, and optimizing results.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including communication, performance follow-up, and reporting.
- Propose and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms.
- Plan, develop, and monitor in-app events and campaigns, analyzing performance to improve future initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, affiliate management, influencer campaigns, or agency support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Spanish as a first language is required; fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the LATAM market is a strong advantage.
