Responsibilities

Supplier Invoices Area:

  • Active cooperation with the outsourcing company, other relevant departments, and business partners
  • Verification of correct accounting entries and ensuring corrections if needed
  • Monitoring of blocked items and assistance with their release
  • Handling reminders and confirming balances to suppliers

• Preparation and confirmation of receivables and payables offsets, ensuring proper accounting of offsets

• Creation of payment orders, ensuring timely payments to critical suppliers

Fixed Assets:

  • Preparation of documentation for asset activation and disposal, and ensuring proper records
  • Creation of inventory cards, budgets, and internal orders
  • Verification of correct accounting entries
  • Physical inventory
  • Preparation of special reports

• Management of leased assets records, verification of correct accounting under IFRS 16
• Processing and verification of mileage reports
• Preparation of documentation for VAT purposes
• Preparation and verification of accounting for cash transactions in local and foreign currency, maintaining cash records
• Preparation and verification of bank statement accounting for payment cards
• Active cooperation and preparation of documentation for monthly and annual closing, audits, and ad hoc requirements
• Preparation of documentation for non-commercial invoicing and verification of issued documents
• Preparation of documentation for selected statistical reports
• Substitution in the area of credit management
