Are you an experienced AFAS Application Administrator who thrives on optimizing business processes and supporting users? If so, we are looking for you!
As an AFAS Application Administrator, you are responsible for managing, configuring, and further developing our AFAS environment. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to improve processes, expand functionalities, and provide optimal user support.
Your responsibilities
• Managing, maintaining, and optimizing the AFAS Profit environment.
• Configuring workflows, authorizations, alerts, and processes.
• Functional management of HRM, Payroll, Finance, and/or Projects modules.
• Translating business requirements into AFAS solutions.
• Supporting and advising end-users.
• Resolving incidents and analyzing bottlenecks.
• Conducting tests for changes and new releases.
• Drafting manuals and providing user training/instructions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• At least 2 years of experience as an AFAS Application Administrator or Functional Administrator.
• Demonstrable knowledge of AFAS Profit.
• Experience with process optimization and user support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• English and Dutch fluency.
Preferred
• Experience with AFAS HRM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules.
• Knowledge of SQL, data migrations, and reporting.
• Experience within a complex or growing organization.
• AFAS certifications.
