Credence has an immediate opening for an AF DCGS Enterprise Services Comm/Cyber SME supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A26).
The AF DCGS Enterprise Services Comm/Cyber SME shall provide technical and programmatic expertise in support of AF DCGS architecture (campus-area and wide-area network efforts), communications systems, and enterprise services. The Contractor shall provide expertise to support demonstrations, training, technology development and integration, innovation, testing, and fielding of AF DCGS and ISR networks.
Specific support tasks are as follows:
- Provide SME for AF DCGS and ISR network/systems integration and engineering services.
- Provide architecture and/or engineering expertise to AF DCGS and ISR network and communications architectures, nodes, pathways, and
- Support architecture and engineering analysis; designated system-wide equipment modifications; initial spares; readiness spares packages (RSP); specific support equipment; operational test and evaluation; and compatibility, interoperability certification, certification testing; architecture and modernization planning.
- Support the formulation of policies, schedules, cost analysis, operational tactics, techniques, procedures, technology solutions, sustainment requirements, and logistics solutions for programs supporting AF DCGS operations.
- Review and analyze systems submitted to the AF DCGS capabilities baseline for Coordinate acquisition, implementation, and sustainment issues and priorities as needed between supporting and using commands and agencies to ensure appropriate and timely integration of capabilities.
- Provide SME support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding IC and service Cyber Operations, Systems and Networks, airborne platforms/sensors/data links, and other related issues.
- Provide technical expertise to integrate new and updated enterprise services and applications (COTS/GOTS), related to IT maintenance support and cyber operations.
- Participate as a member of applicable Working Groups to develop documentation, management strategies, and implementation plans to advocate, educate, and coordinate ISR strategies, requirements, and concepts.
- Provide expert advice and assessments to the ACC staff regarding relationships between AF DCGS and other ISR capabilities and supporting network and infrastructure architectures and resources.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
- Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job may require the employee to be:
- In a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
- Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
- Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
