AerSale® is hiring across multiple maintenance departments, including:

Sheetmetal Mechanics
Avionics Mechanics

Lead Inspectors
Compensation for the above roles range between $22.00 to $40.00 an hour depending on position and experience level. Additional hourly premiums may also apply, including up to $4.00/hour for applicable licenses ($2.00 per license). Eligible candidates may also qualify for a $1,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
