As an Aerothermal Combustion Engineer, you will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of gas turbine combustion systems. Also, you be responsible for activities linked to the technical improvement of existing products and components which requires a comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function.

As an Aerothermal Combustion Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects meeting business standards, practices and procedures and product requirements

• Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.

• Interacting with co-workers within the combustion community and other design teams within the organization to establish best practices and technical achievements.

• Presenting ideas & analysis results through design reviews and drawing sign-off.

• Improving existing products and components

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a master’s degree in mechanical engineering

• Be familiar with design and analysis tools and systems

• Have gas turbine and combustion knowledge

• Have CFD proficiency and modelling capabilities

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, both in Italian and English.

• Have strong engineering fundamentals,

• Have the ability to adapt well to working in teams.
