The Requirements Manager will serve as a liaison between leadership, branch chiefs, and action officers within the G3 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) division. Duties include developing and tracking functional and non-functional requirements and various parts of projects for the division director, branch managers, and team leads associated with work streams and taskings. This includes monitoring daily communication, maintaining task requirement status, as well as creating daily and weekly status updates for the division leadership to ensure on-time delivery and closure. The Requirements Manager must have experience with developing and implementing processes for collecting, tracking, storing, and sharing data between internal and external Army, DoD, and IC stakeholders. The selected candidate will collaborate with division workforce to develop SOPs, checklists, and power point presentations. They must be highly motivated, able to excel in a fast-paced environment, a proven self-starter capable of working both independently, with a team, and is interested in solving complex problems.

- MA/MS degree and 15 years’ relevant experience on a major command staff at the Pentagon level (e.g., HQDA G3/5/7, Joint Staff) or directly within INSCOM headquarters; BA/BS degree and 20 years’ relevant experience on a major command headquarters or DoD staff
- Experienced data manager and strategic planner
- Experienced oral and written communicator with senior military staff leaders
