Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe's ecosystem, particularly with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data schemas in Adobe Experience Platform to support business requirements and use cases
- Lead data integration initiatives within AEP, ensuring seamless connectivity with various data sources and systems
- Configure and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, schemas, and integration processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained throughout the Adobe Experience Cloud implementation
- Monitor and optimise platform performance and data workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform implementation and configuration
- Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including journey orchestration and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
- Proficiency in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation and reporting
- Strong understanding of data integration patterns and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance best practices
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Adobe Experience Platform certifications
- Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products for ex Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics
- Understanding of marketing automation and customer experience principles
- Background in digital marketing technology implementation
- Experience with API integration and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
