Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Aegis Test Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize technical skills to analyze and manage all aspects of mission preparation and execution will ensure the success of the Aegis test program.
What You'll Be Doing: The candidate will work with multiple mission stakeholders in planning, coordinating, integrating, and executing Sea-Based Weapon Systems Ground Tests. The candidate will collaborate with MDA, military services, other government agencies, and contractor personnel to support test execution. The candidate will assist in the execution phase test readiness reviews; identify, generate and manage schedules, requirements and other documentation in support of ground test operations. The candidate will help prepare execution materials used during execution; prepare decision-quality materials such as briefings and supporting documentation (white papers, fact sheets, status reports, progress reports, and information papers) for senior level reviews and mission milestone meetings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

BA/BS in an engineering field or STEM related field with 7 years of experience

Ability to Obtain Security Clearance is Required (Secret to TS/SCI)

Must be able to travel in support of test events.

Experience w/ a technical background; preferably related to Aegis testing
-
Experience in Missile Defense System capability, MDA requirements process, test planning and execution, and MDS architecture and interoperability

US Navy background/experience - Aegis Weapon System knowledge a plus

Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize activities and perform multiple tasks

Proficient with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 - $145,800.00
