Advocaat-medewerker Litigation (Associate Lawyer, Litigation)
Voor onze sectie Litigation in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Advocaat-medewerker. Onze ideale kandidaat heeft 4 tot 8 jaar werkervaring binnen de procespraktijk van een (internationaal) advocatenkantoor. Ons Litigation team heeft ruime ervaring in het bijstaan van (grote) nationale en internationale cliënten in commerciële geschillen. Het team vertegenwoordigt cliënten in in kort geding, bodemprocedures en arbitrage.
Jij bent ondernemend, analytisch, sociaal en je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Snel doordringen tot de juridische kern en het oplossen van complexe juridische materie is vanzelfsprekend voor je.

Skills Required
- 4 to 8 years of work experience in litigation practice at a law firm, preferably an international law firm
- Experience handling commercial disputes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and legal problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly identify the core of complex legal matters
