Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Solution Consultant. The IRM Solution consultant will provide solution leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement for our governance, risk and compliance solution. The IRM Solution Consultant will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by leveraging the Governance, Risk and Compliance solution (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management) and the rest of the ServiceNow portfolio. This is a hands-on IRM Solution Consultant who can provide in-depth expertise in solution development and positioning.
The role will report to the Director of India IT Workflows Solution Consulting.

  • Responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform and Governance, Risk and Compliance solution
  • Respond to customer questions relating to ServiceNow IRM
  • This role is pivotal in providing our growing customer base with lessons learned, strategies, and advice to enhance real-world IRM operations.
  • Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Risk
  • Contribute and maintain a showcase of IRM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
  • Help develop solutions and capabilities that enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of IRM on the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance. ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a global team and share best practices and known solutions with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of other team members.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
  • Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars, etc.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, risk and compliance in dynamic and complex cybersecurity, technology and business environments
  • Experience with Risk Frameworks such as ISO 31000
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Industry Frameworks and Standards such as NIST CSF, PCI DSS and ISO 27001
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to consult and effectively communicate solutions to business challenges.
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products, including applicable regulations, business drivers, security, and evolving business needs
  • Degree Qualification in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Professional security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or similar preferred
  • Experience with telecommunications network inventory is an advantage
