Primary Responsibilities:
- Good collaboration with multiple scrum teams is must
- Take ownership of tasks, timeline, and quality of product

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience FACETS configuration. Solid hands-on FACETS configuration areas like Benefit, Pricing, Membership, Provider, workflow, billing etc.
- 5+ years of experience US Healthcare domain.
- 5+ years of experience Agile and experience in Rally, JIRA, ALM etc.
- 3+ years of experience working as Business analyst, system analyst or technical analyst delivering/supporting extensions, custom application of FACETS
- 2+ years of experience EDI.
- 2+ years of experience Advance SQL.
- Solid knowledge of FACETS Data Model.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Enhancing system capabilities and efficiency using FACEETS AI/ML technologies.
- Must have hands on experience to leverage AI/ML capabilities or automation in FACETS or peripherals applications of FACETS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of Analysis on large data of claims, membership, Provider etc. and provider the best solution/recommendations of configuration, integration, implementation
- Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Hands on with cloud version of FACETS 6.0+
- Knowledge of Basic Cloud regarding the FACETS
- Hands of other (Like FACETS) claim processing adjudication. Health rules, PowerMHS, Mainframes etc.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
- US Healthcare industry experience
- Solid Understanding on FACETS end to end solution. FACETS integration, FACETS implements and FACETS configuration
