Advisory Platform Consultant

POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking Platforms Consultants to drive advisor adoption and fluency across the firm's technology stack — customer relationship management, portfolio management, custodial platforms, and artificial-intelligence enabled tools. Consultants deliver hands-on coaching to producing advisors, run technology demonstrations for prospects, and lead platform-proficiency training in every transition, turning provisioned systems into utilized ones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver continuous technology-stack utilization coaching across assigned advisor books.
• Run technology demonstrations and sandbox sessions for prospective advisors in recruiting.
• Own platform-proficiency training in every transition so advisors reach self-sufficiency on core systems.
• Support affiliation-platform changes friction-free.
• Surface utilization gaps as coaching and retention signals to the owning Advisor Success Leader.

SUCCESS MEASURES
• Technology utilization index of 85 or better; 60% or better per book
• Customer relationship management monthly active users of 90% or better; quarter-over-quarter utilization lift of 5% or better
• Technology-fit score of 4.0 or better out of 5.0 in recruiting demonstrations
• Platform-change friction resolved in under 30 days

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Seven or more years in wealth management technology enablement, platform consulting, or advisor training.
• Hands-on fluency across customer relationship management, portfolio management, custodial, and artificial intelligence-enabled advisor tools.
• Record of driving measurable utilization lift across an advisor or user base, not just delivering training.
• Able to lead credible live demonstrations for prospective advisors in a competitive recruiting setting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
