What Does a Successful VisionPlus BA Do at Fiserv?
A successful VisionPlus Business Analyst at Fiserv plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They leverage their expertise in the VisionPlus platform to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver value to our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to VisionPlus implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within the VisionPlus platform.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Coordinate testing efforts for new system implementations and upgrades, developing test plans and test cases to ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to support end-users in utilizing the VisionPlus system effectively.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about VisionPlus product updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on VisionPlus or similar financial services software.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the financial services or payment processing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proficient in creating documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What Would Be Great to Have:

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of API integration and system interfaces related to VisionPlus.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) would be an advantage
