The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Global Talent Acquisition team based in Sydney. Supporting Australia and New Zealand, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire talented engineering, technical and corporate professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to further develop their in-house talent acquisition career within a global professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of technical and professional roles.
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and other attraction channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
- Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilise Workday and recruitment technologies to manage recruitment activity and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates and external partners.
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across recruitment activities.
- Stay informed on market trends and talent availability to support hiring outcomes.
- 2-5 years' recruitment experience gained within an agency, in-house environment, or a combination of both.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment within professional services, engineering or technical industries.
- Demonstrated sourcing and candidate engagement experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience highly regarded.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
