As a Management Information and Data Analytics Consultant, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and adapt management systems based on organization’s changing needs. You advise and support clients and partners on various initiatives related to important developments in your field. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical. You interact with contributors working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

Design and map data models to transform raw data into relevant information.

Use SQL queries and data sources to improve statistical understanding of a call centre environment.

Create dynamic, interactive dashboards and performance cards in Power BI using various data sources.

Help our partners define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives.

Review, analyze and understand the administrative department’s business intelligence needs.

Analyze past and current data to improve decision-making.
-
Produce and validate management reports and analysis for your professionals in your unit.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s in IT, business intelligence (BI) or in a related field
-
A minimum of four years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Knowledge of French is required

Expertise with tools such as Power BI, Excel and Tableau Server with Salesforce
-
Knowledge of scripts and programming
-
Knowledge of SQL, SAS, SAS Grid, Python
