Job DescriptionTo support the Bank through the Dispute Resolution function by investigating disputes, gathering and analysing relevant information, and preparing reports. The role also involves providing legal advice and assisting with the management of court cases to ensure efficient handling and minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Experience Required
- 5–7 years’ experience in litigation, including case planning, development, and management.
- Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and analysis of legal documents.
- At least 3 years’ experience within the legal and/or financial sector, or in a dispute resolution role within a law firm.
