Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities

• Support Global Supply Chain Transportation Finance team in achieving financial goals, managing key Partner closely with transportation systems and operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

• Support and maintain financial models to forecast transportation costs, assess performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to transportation spend and operational KPIs

• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders

• Support budgeting and planning cycles for transportation and logistics functions

• Monitor and report on transportation trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance preferred. Experience within transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.

• Proven track record of building strong business partnerships with systems and operations teams

• Solid understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and budgeting processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
