Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Strategic Communications
Lead coordination of key CFO deliverables including weekly reports, newsletters, dashboards, board materials, and white papers.
Support high-visibility events such as Quarterly All-Hands and Extended Leadership Meetings.
2. Committee & Event Coordination
Manage logistics for Finance Division committees and engagement initiatives (e.g., Lunch & Learns, EVS, Fun Committee, St. Jude Walk teams).
3. Internal Communications Management
Oversee internal platforms including SharePoint, TV monitors, calendars, and staff announcements.
Ensure timely and engaging communication across the division.
4. Enterprise Communications Liaison
Serve as the Finance point of contact for enterprise-wide announcements and updates.
Maintain and refresh the Finance ARC page and key dates.
5. Operational Excellence & Initiative Support
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and events aligned with strategic goals.
Drive timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement enhancements to communication workflows and operational processes to boost efficiency and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
3–5 years of experience in operations, internal communications, or executive support, ideally in a nonprofit or corporate setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internal communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO.
Leadership in divisional initiatives that shape culture and engagement.
Accelerated learning in Finance operations and strategy.

This position is based on the St. Jude Campus at our National Executive Office in Memphis TN and provides a hybrid work opportunity.
