Advisor - EX Data and Analytics (Memphis, TN or Remote in USA)
The Advisor provides guidance and oversight on the team's initiatives. This role architects solutions by finding novel ways to leverage technology and processes, within and across all systems. This will maximize the value of ALSACs investments across products, people and processes. This role is heavily focused on ensuring the delivery of value and maintaining collaborative relationships with all customers. This role provides guidance on prioritization and management of initiatives. This role requires extensive exposure and appreciation for, the understanding of EX (HR) functions within ALSAC.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Develops standard reports for frequent requests of EX data from the organization.
2. Develops EX-specific dashboards or scorecards displaying key, relevant data.
3. Develops analytical models, conducts data analysis, and generates insight to inform EX initiatives and decisions.
4. Reviews and triages ad hoc requests for EX data
5. Responds to ad hoc requests for EX data by probing to understand the requestor’s need, analyzing relevant data, and providing recommendations to improve decisions.
6. Supports EX projects and initiatives with data analysis, insight generation, and recommendations that improve decisions.
7. Supports the development of presentation materials with relevant data, visuals, and storytelling.
8. Supports data governance processes by monitoring data quality, addressing or escalating issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Requires a Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Math, HR, Information Technology, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines and 2-4 years of experience.
- Ability to display sensitivity, tact and responsiveness in various situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Requires attention to detail and accuracy; statistical, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience using analytic and query tools.
- Demonstrated experience using reporting and analytics functionality -Workday, required.

Skills Required
