MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate complex processes and systems to drive the design and re-engineering of features or products, leveraging optimized workflows.
- Partner with agile teams to define epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with the roadmap.
- Lead grooming meetings and provide guidance, support, and expertise to the development and testing team when needed to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate and timely delivery of the product roadmap.
- Acts as a liaison with IT Infrastructure, Development, and support to develop and support Digital Sales Products and features.
- Work with Business, Marketing, Compliance and Risk for approval on features.
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business challenges, threats, limitations, and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, as well as customer feedback and pain points.
- Manage discussions in partnership with Solution Architects, PO, UX and adoption leads.
- Evaluate project impacts and escalate issues and risk properly.
- Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, industrial engineering, information systems, or similar field required.
- 3+ year(s) of digital business architecture, user story design and/or QA testing experience required. Banking industry experience preferred.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Knowledge in banking product and services highly desirable.
- Adept in guiding and directing the implementation of new business processes by managing design, development, and prioritization of business needs.
- Learning agility that enables a broad, enterprise-wide knowledge of software programs & automation options enabling systematically streamlined solutions.
- Experienced in testing and QA frameworks and applications using Agile methodologies. Preferably experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (this includes written and verbal communication) required.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
