Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business & Data Analyst to support a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation of the end-to-end client financial workflow. This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program, responsible for driving business requirements, end‑to‑end process redesign, data insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable automation, AI-driven capabilities, and a modern technology ecosystem.
The Lead Business & Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Program Delivery, cross-functional business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the program delivers measurable business value, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Transformation
- Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering across multiple functional areas (Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales/Account Management).
- Translate strategic objectives into clear business needs, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with process owners to redesign workflows and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze complex financial, operational, and client data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop data models, business rules, and analytical frameworks to support forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Validate data quality and work with technical teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
Solution Design & Technology Enablement
- Collaborate with engineers, AI solution teams, and business partners to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Contribute to the design of AI-enabled use cases, automation logic, and decision-support tools.
- Participate in testing strategies, including UAT, data validation, workflow verification, and defect resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technology teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Program Support & Governance
- Ensure deliverables adhere to program timelines, governance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Support the Director of Program Delivery in milestone planning, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large-scale organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, automation, or data/AI-enabled capabilities.
- Strong background in financial workflow processes, operational analytics, and cross-functional business engagement.
- Experience working with global teams.
