Job Summary

To provide a solution orientated service to customers in Short-term Insurance risk and give advice. To provide solutions for the client's short-term insurance needs in both Commercial and Personal Lines. To service customers on request and regularly reviewing the client's portfolio in order to build a sustainable client base.

Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders (Client, Bankers, Insurers, and Life Advisers). In a virtual advice and hybrid model meets sales and/or growth targets.  Apply practice management including all Compliance.


FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service):
FSCA-Approved Qualification
Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
Experience as Per the FAIS Act
Product Specific Training once onboarded
Class of Business Training
Continuous Professional Development
Attest to Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing

Valid Driver’s license and car


Minimum Qualification

  • NQF5 in Short-term Insurance
  • RE5 with COB up to date

Minimum Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance salesdviser: Virtual STI II (FAIS)

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
