You will be joining a London-based team, supporting the Account Management function, by working directly with Financial Advisors and their clients. The high-performance team thrives in an environment built upon collaboration and accountability. Role Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Management team to ensure the customer's needs are met and ensure communication is maintained, to the highest standard.
- Supporting Account Managers with sales initiatives and completing enquiries correctly and efficiently.
- Own client applications, manage their requirements, and close cases that come into the Account Management team.
- Direct communication with Financial Advisors and clients, as required by email, on Teams, or over the phone.
- Generating pre-sales materials to help discussions between the Account Manager and Advisers in the form of quotes.
- Driving meetings and improving relationships with Advisors, by directing opportunities to the relevant Managers.
- Help drive team success, by working within SLAs and keeping to team KPIs.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in Sales Support or Client Services.
- Excellent communication skills and good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and hit deadlines.
- Confident in Microsoft Office applications and, ideally, CRM systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
