Data Analytics Supply Chain Consultant
ZS's Supply Chain & Manufacturing group helps our clients to drive higher product availability at lower costs (stock-outs, carrying costs, and supply chain operating costs) through leveraging analytics, automation and process re-design approaches. Our offerings span the spectrum of strategy, advanced analytics, planning and technology to optimize deployment of resources (inventory, network, etc.) while maintaining customer service levels.
What you'll do
- Partner with client leads to solve their complex supply chain and manufacturing business problems through strong domain expertise and robust data-driven analytics
- Collaborate with the broader ZS Supply Chain & Manufacturing Practice team to bring the best of ZS's assets, thought leadership and accelerators to the clients
- Develops or oversees proposal development to ensure methodological soundness
- Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship development across our key client accounts
- Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior team members within ZS
- Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
- In partial capacity, contribute to the overall ZS Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice in development of new ideas and innovation
What you'll bring
- Life Sciences or Business related university degree
- 5+ years professional experience post degree working within a Life Sciences industry or consulting role
- Deep knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing related data, analytic use cases and advanced approaches/impact
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading teams both in person and virtual
- Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Analytical problem solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
Hybrid working model
