About This Position
As a T. Rowe Price Advice Manager, you will provide leadership to the associates that are responsible for developing relationships with our high-net-worth clients and prospective clients, providing detailed guidance and advice to help them achieve their financial goals. You will lead a team that performs thorough analysis of our client’s financial situations using a consultative approach specifically aimed at discovering the drivers behind their decision-making process.
In this role, you will coach and develop financial advisors to ensure high quality and compliant client engagements, while also supporting critical strategic initiatives that support our overall advice growth strategy. As the leader to our financial advisors, you play an integral role in attracting and retaining high-value clients to T. Rowe Price through the on-going management of their relationships with us.
Responsibilities
Contributes to the implementation of the strategic objectives for Advisory Services
May identify areas of focus for achieving incremental growth and implement protocols to guide advisory teams in integrating these focus areas into their advice strategies
Develops and coaches’ financial advisors to achieve quality client and business outcomes, ensuring that advice is delivered in a compliant manner and aligns with established policies and procedures, as well as client investment goals and financial needs
Coordinates with cross-business managers throughout the organization to ensure quality partnerships and to develop improved processes tied to advisory activities
Tracks and reports on advisory strategy/results for the assigned teams
Reports on function metrics and dashboards
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
Accountable for the management of the financial and human resources of their assigned team to include hiring, performance management, etc.
Leads projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience (preferably in advisory, sales, or relationship management capacity)
FINRA Licenses 7, 66, & 24
CFP achieved within 2 years of hire
Preferred:
MBA or Graduate Degree in Business
CFP already attained
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
