About the role
The Advice Manager is the delivery engine beneath the Head of Advice, turning Progeny's advice standards and advice proposition into consistent day-to-day practice across the adviser population. The role maintains the advice process, templates, and technical guidance advisers work to, tracks delivery of the ongoing advice service, and produces the MI on service, productivity, and capacity that the Head of Advice reports to senior leadership. The advice proposition is owned by the Director of Client Proposition and delivered by the Head of Advice; this role supports that delivery. Independent assurance of advice sits separately within Risk.
The role sits close to advisers as the first point of contact for advice process, documentation, and proposition queries, ensuring that what the Head of Advice sets as the standard is what advisers actually experience in their tools, templates, and guidance.
