Job Description
It will be based at the Support Center in Atlanta GA. Hours are 5PM-11PM for Part-time (24 hrs/wk) and 5PM-1AM for Fulltime (32 hrs./wk).
This role involves working on a telephone triage service responding to calls from parents when local pediatricians' offices are closed and using symptom-based protocols to assess and advise regarding injuries and illnesses.
Our ideal candidate comes with at least 5 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in emergency, urgent care, or pediatric primary care environments, and is available to work on-site during evenings and weekends.
Experience
•1 year of RN experience; pediatrics highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing
-Previous experience in Emergency, Urgent Care, Primary care helpful
Education
•Graduation from accredited school of nursing
Certification Summary
•Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
•Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
•Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment
