The Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) team is part of Merchant Network Operations which serves as the direct support function within the Merchant Network, bridging the gap between sales, success, strategy, data, execution, tools, and automation. We are looking for an associate to be a key player in Grubhub's new Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) team.
The Impact You Will Make
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Grubhub's new advertising platform and product offering and associated inputs, outputs, and business impact
- Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), execute process mapping, and identify gaps to improve the cancellation process and current initiatives across fulfillment, success, and throughout the restaurant network organization
- Use data to support and advocate for product enhancements and process changes in Sales, Fulfillment, Success teams to proactively prevent cancellations
- Utilize internal reporting and querying systems and tools (ex. SQL, Tableau, Redash) to provide regular comprehensive updates supporting the advertising workstream and impact across the business. Including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Manage the inbound questions and stakeholder management related to advertising initiatives and processes. Help facilitate the communication strategy to stakeholders for any related updates
- Compose and publish documentation on any new/existing standardized processes carried out by stakeholders involved in advertising sales or management process
- Participate in business stakeholder meetings to understand strategic initiatives and changing processes within other departments, and update reporting and assignment processes to increase visibility of impact and support departmental needs
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure we continually enhance the Grubhub experience - automation and process improvement are top priorities

What You Bring To The Table
- 2-4 years in Operations, Onboarding, or Customer Service environments with a proven track record of positive business impact and attention to detail. Restaurant experience a plus, but not required
- Technical Skills:
- 1+ years of experience with SQL and Tableau
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira preferred but not required
- Experience in project management, process mapping, and SOP creation
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking the initiative to creatively solve problems, and using data to drive change
- Passion to collaborate across the business with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Excitement to learn and grow in the operations space
New York Salary Range: $66,000 - $82,500
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
