We are seeking a Advertising Planner-Integrated Marketing who is a strategic, collaborative, and detail-oriented Advertising Planner to lead the execution of integrated advertising campaigns across key paid channels. This role is responsible for translating media plans into clear, execution-ready creative and content requirements, ensuring advertising strategy and planning supports seasonal priorities.
The Advertising Planner will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market Exposure Planning Lead, Investment and Media teams, Creative partners, and channel stakeholders to ensure assets are aligned, sequenced appropriately, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising formats, integrated marketing planning, and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities
Media to Creative Translation: Interpret multi-channel media plans and translate them into detailed creative and asset requirements, including format specifications, volume, and timing.
Advertising Execution Planning: Develop advertising plans that align with broader corporate communications strategy, ensuring assets and messaging support campaign sequencing and amplification priorities.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Project Management, and Production teams to brief advertising projects, clarify deliverables, provide strategic feedback, and ensure asset readiness for launch.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Investment, Analytics, and Channel teams to ensure advertising plans reflect budget parameters, platform needs, and performance expectations.
Campaign Readiness: Monitor asset delivery and readiness timelines, flag risks early, and oversee trafficking of deliverables to appropriate partners.
Optimization: Continuously seek out new ways to maximize the impact of advertising plans, working creatively with internal and external partners and incorporating performance insights into future planning cycles.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in advertising planning, media strategy, or integrated marketing.
Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and paid media ecosystems.
Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Media, and Marketing teams.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
