What You'll Be Doing We are a Global Advertising agency based in our Brighton HQ (with one remote day per week) looking for an ambitious and analytical thinker to take ownership of crucial operations within our advertising team. This is the perfect entry-level role to master foundational skills and execute best practices from top platforms in the industry.

You will gain exposure across the entire campaign lifecycle and drive multi-channel campaign production for a global client base. Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Strategy: Analysing sector and customer data, identifying key industry data points, and building quantitative reports on campaign metrics. You'll also leverage our proprietary software to visualise and construct media plans.
  • Advertising Execution: Driving campaign delivery to ensure successful, high-performance execution. This includes analysing and approving advertising creative for technical standards, leading the technical setup for tracking website interactions, and executing campaigns with advertising suppliers.
  • Agency Contribution: Mastering the latest media and advertising trends to brief the agency, and leading knowledge-sharing at agency roundtables.
  • Develop an Area of Expertise: Allowing you to aggressively shape your career path within the agency after mastering the core elements of digital advertising.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate who is inherently curious, takes absolute accountability for their outcomes, and is brave enough to tackle and escalate roadblocks. The ideal candidate:

  • Holds an undergraduate degree or equivalent (in any subject).
  • Is highly digitally savvy with a strong command of social media.
  • Is highly analytical and ready to dive deep into number crunching via Excel.
  • Is an independent worker with formidable time management skills, capable of decisive multi-tasking.
  • Has razor-sharp attention to detail and executes effectively against strict deadlines.
  • Is a fiercely logical thinker who remains calm under pressure and is eager to master the Education sector.
