Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Park’s operations: from hiring team members, maintaining safety standards, managing equipment & facilities, to defining guest‑experience policies.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, safety checks performed regularly, and equipment is maintained to highest standards.
Lead, train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.
Work actively in an outdoor adventure‑facility setting with dynamic thrill‑ and family‑based activities such as ziplines, rope courses, climbing walls, giant swings, etc.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).
English fluency required; other languages beneficial.
Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in outdoor settings, passion for training and developing staff.
Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelor’s degree depending on employer
