If the answer is yes, ClearSource is looking for an exceptional Advanced Tech Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. You should be technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues effectively with prior relevant experience.
What you will do as a Advanced Tech Support Specialist

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and manage client IT environments proactively to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and client interactions comprehensively.
  • Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior support staff, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical support capabilities.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours technical support as needed. 


What ClearSource Needs from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with managed IT services, cybersecurity, and data backup solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and security principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 
  • Must be willing to work onsite
