Advanced Systems Engr

As a Systems Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of systems engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced systems and solutions. • Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
• Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
• Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
• Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Required experience
