Job Details:
Advanced System Administrator is a skilled technicians who is
responsible for handling back-end infrastructure support as well as
advanced second-level support of service requests in a professional
& timely manner and managing the activities and responsibilities
of the service desk team. This relates to all technology, including
workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific
hardware and software.
Advanced System Administrators have effective communication
skills, problem-solving skills, experience with managing servers and
SMB network infrastructures and advanced experience in end-user
support. Success for them is when they can confidently interact
with the user and solve a complex infrastructure-related problem.
Eligibility:
• >=5 years of IT or related domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Education: Graduate (Any stream) preferably in computer science or related field
Job Responsibilities:
• Windows Server support.
• Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting.
• Windows Server Administration.
• Active Directory Administration.
• O365/MS Exchange (2010 or higher) or Hybrid administration.
• Backup administration.
• LAN/WAN troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Basic private and public cloud administration.
• Server and network alert management and remediation.
• Server antimalware administration and resolution
