As part of the ELS Vocational Qualifications Sales team, you’ll work closely with internal colleagues to align solutions with customer needs while providing expert guidance to partners and clients.

What You’ll Own

  • Stakeholder & partnership management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including education providers, government bodies, regulators, and industry partners.
  • Commercial execution: Lead negotiations, prepare and present tailored proposals, and close deals with education institutions and enterprise customers.
  • Forecasting & performance management: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and commercial performance reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure product alignment, effective delivery, and strong customer outcomes.
  • Leadership & culture: Act as a role model for high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the wider sales community.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while remaining closely connected to regional and global objectives.

  • You bring proven experience in sales, ideally within education, vocational training, or skills‑based learning.
  • You have a strong understanding of vocational education and training systems and how they align to workforce and industry needs.
  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex or developing markets.
  • You communicate confidently and build credibility with senior stakeholders across institutions, government, and industry.
