Advanced Software Engr

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Software Engineer with strong expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native technologies, DevOps automation, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while driving innovation through AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET, ReactJS, and Python.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices architectures.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows using LangGraph, LangSmith, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance through best engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and solution architecture.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in software engineering and application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and REST APIs.
• Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation using Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, security best practices, and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Exposure to MLOps, vector databases, and AI application deployment.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
