Honeywell is seeking a talented Advanced Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions while collaborating with global cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, Python, Django, Golang, Database Administration, and LLM/AI development.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS, Python, and Django.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python and Golang.
- Develop scalable and secure web applications following Honeywell engineering standards.
- Design, administer, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI agents.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Ensure software quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Django Framework.
- Experience developing applications/services using Golang.
- Solid understanding of database design, performance tuning, indexing, backup, and recovery.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
