The person in this position will work closely with the engineering team throughout all stages of product development, from design and architecture to deployment and production support. - Collaborate with global delivery teams on a rapidly evolving product, utilize and manage Jenkins + Kubernetes based infrastructure for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code to guarantee consistent and efficient continuous delivery across various environments for a SaaS solution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across both development and production environments
- Relentlessly prioritize delivery speed and reliability to drive engineering efficiency across the team
- Develop tools to enhance our DevOps platform using Powershell, Groovy, and Node.js.
- Leverage data and metrics to support decision making, build operational maturity through automation
- Plus 3 years of software engineering experience, 1-2 years of demonstrated experience building automated delivery pipelines.
- Experience developing or maintaining software in at least one language (JavaScript, C#, Python, Java etc.)
- Work experience with RESTful API endpoints to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between various applications and services, familiarity with shell scripting (Powershell, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of Git or similar version management tools
- Passion for automation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
