The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of independence and exceptional performance capabilities. This role requires collaboration with a global team to support our Azure-hosted access control security products and platforms. The person in this position will work closely with the engineering team throughout all stages of product development, from design and architecture to deployment and production support. The contributions of this role will be vital in ensuring the highest levels of reliability, availability, and performance as demanded by our customers who rely on our advanced physical security solutions.

- Collaborate with global delivery teams on a rapidly evolving product, utilize and manage Jenkins + Kubernetes based infrastructure for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code to guarantee consistent and efficient continuous delivery across various environments for a SaaS solution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across both development and production environments
- Relentlessly prioritize delivery speed and reliability to drive engineering efficiency across the team
- Develop tools to enhance our DevOps platform using Powershell, Groovy, and Node.js.
- Leverage data and metrics to support decision making, build operational maturity through automation
- Plus 3 years of software engineering experience, 1-2 years of demonstrated experience building automated delivery pipelines.
- Experience developing or maintaining software in at least one language (JavaScript, C#, Python, Java etc.)
- Work experience with RESTful API endpoints to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between various applications and services, familiarity with shell scripting (Powershell, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of Git or similar version management tools
- Passion for automation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
