We are seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced Lead Engineer to take ownership of the mechanical design and technology development of stator airfoils for future engine products. This role is critical to driving advancements in aerospace propulsion systems and requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet stringent safety and performance standards.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead assigned projects with accountability for achieving business goals, program milestones, and process improvements within the stator airfoils domain, develop action plans to respond to issues/ problems and lead or participate on cross functional teams assigned to address specific mechanical design challenges.

Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring robust and innovative solutions that support short- and long-term business objectives.

Technology Development: Execute the cutting-edge mechanical design, analysis, or evaluation of the stator airfoils domain using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements.

Execution: Develop and execute objectives for yourself and others, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet program requirements. This includes consulting assigned tasks with technical experts to ensure the best outcome, presenting at reviews, and properly documenting technical data gathered for the assigned project.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into propulsion systems.

Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, technical findings, and business goals to stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or Materials.

•Industry or academical experience in design of turbomachinery structural components including applicable engineering tools and systems.

•Familiarized with manufacturing methods of turbomachinery components.

•Good level of English.
