Position Summary
Required Qualifications- 7–11 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or gaming marketing art.
- Experience guiding or mentoring design teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent (BFA, B.Des, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing game-related assets, static ads, social creatives, and marketing visuals.
-Strong knowledge and practical experience with leading AI tools, with the ability to integrate them into the design workflow to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and accelerate project delivery.
- Fluent in English.
