An excellent career opportunity is currently available for Advanced Engg Supp Specialist within Honeywell India Technology Center located in Gurgaon, India. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on PT's New Product Development (NPD) and portfolio management processes and tools. The position will require to work very closely with Engg and Product Ops team and will also require analysis of R&D and financial data to ensure that PT’s R&D investments are optimized.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • PPM tool management. Ex – Accolade, Cora etc.
  • Configure and customize Accolade/PPM tool to align with business requirements.
  • Design and implement Project Portfolio Management solutions based on Business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Accolade/PPM tool system usage.
  • New Projects creation and Project descriptors update during AOP and on need basis.
  • Projects Audit in Accolade for deliverables as per each project model
  • Act as Gate keeper in Accolade based on CCB review of projects
  • Troubleshooting of PPM tool 
  • Testing & validation of the tool when any changes are implemented
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management workflows
  • Implement best practices to enhance project governance and delivery
  • Liaison with IT Team for PPM tool management – conduct/participate in weekly meetings to share Business specific concerns
  • Work with PPM tool CCB team on business requests to manage and prioritize tickets 
  • Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to provide insights into project portfolio performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making
  • KPI reporting and analysis such as Cycle time, Gate compliance, Say Do, EAC etc.
  • Business level Dashboard metrics preparation using right visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Zero Based Budget (ZBB)  & STRAP assistance 

MUST HAVES
 

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Project/Portfolio Management
  • Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as Accolade, Cora or similar platforms
  • Strong project management and analytical skills (and KPI reporting).
  • Knowledge of NPI / Product Development Life Cycle is a must

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
